Mmmmm cookies!!

  I love cookies, pretty much every kind of cookie. But I do not have the money to buy cookies. Luckily, I own everything I need to make tasty oatmeal cookies! They are soooooo good and they freeze well. They are a 'cake-y' cookie, which means they are super soft. Here is the awesome and easy recipe:

Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees.

The dry ingredients (mix together in a large bowl):

• 1 cup sugar
• 1 ½ cups oatmeal
• ½ cup chocolate chips/ raisins/ whatever your heart desires (optional)
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 1 ½ teaspoon cinnamon
• 2 ½ cups flour

  I love those frozen lasagnas that people bring over when they are helping out with a meal. They are sooo tasty. So when I was trying to find recipes to make for my frozen dinners, I was pretty excited to come across this one. This is not an original recipe, I got it from another blog. But all the pictures are mine. I have to tell you, parts of this were super easy, but some parts were a PAIN IN THE BUTT! They did freeze beautifully and have a good texture when reheated.
